Prices
All prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate. Prices may be changed without notice.
Product Descriptions and Images
The majority of the products we display have a list of their main features, due to the nature of the products it is not possible to list their complete specification, errors may occur and will be corrected as soon as they are identified. Full product specification is usually available from the relevant manufacturers web site or brochure. Images where shown are representations of the products offered and are largely obtained from the manufacturer. Colours and styles may differ from those of the actual product supplied due to image quality or availability.
Payment
Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Delta or Maestro via our secure payment provider
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will notify you immediately. We will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Receipts
All customers placing an order will be provided with a receipt, both by email and to the specified address. Please contact us if you suspect your receipt to be incorrect and we will rectify it.
Availability
We do our very best to show only products we have in stock on our site (unless otherwise stated i.e. special orders). However, popular products can go out of stock quickly. In the unlikely event of this happening, when we receive your order we will email you with the expected delivery time. If you decide not to continue with your order any sum debited by us from your credit card will be re-credited to your account and we will notify you at the email address given by you on your order form. The refund will be made as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.

We take every precaution to protect your information both online and offline. We believe that secure electronic privacy is crucial for the ongoing success of the Internet as a service, commercial, and entertainment medium. Your privacy is our concern. Your credit card details are verified by HSBC secure gateway.

We offer FAST LOCAL DELIVERY on all major items using our own dedicated 2 man delivery teams.
Most items are delivered within 3- 5 working days.

Complaints Procedure
In the event that we fail in meeting our high standards of customer service please contact our Customer Services department by e-mail Daintysbeeston@talktalkbusiness.net
Please provide as much detail of your complaint as possible, including product details, dates and times of communication with our company where applicable. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days advising you the estimated time the complaint should take to resolve. We will also advise you of the progress of your complaint on a regular basis should it not be resolved within 7 working days.
Guarantee
All our products are supplied with a manufactures guarantee for a minimum period of one year from the date of delivery. These guarantees cover domestic use only and exclude faults caused by accidental damage, misuse or neglect.
Faulty Products
If your appliance appears to be faulty please follow the troubleshooting information in the Manufacturers instruction book before contacting us. If the appliance is still not functioning correctly we reserve the right to arrange an engineer from the Manufacturer to inspect the appliance and repair as necessary. You are entitled to refuse any repair within the first 30 days but it has to be proved the appliance was faulty via an engineers report. The engineer must either declare the appliance not fit for purpose or faulty on the report, in which case we can arrange an uplift and either an exchange or refund. Manufacturers may charge for any faults caused by incorrect installations.
Returns Refunds and Cancelled Orders
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days following the day of delivery, but you must notify us by email, fax or post during this period of your intention to cancel.
We may request evidence in photographic form of the item and packaging prior to collection. Goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the delivery date where upon they will be inspected to ensure they have been returned satisfactorily in perfect condition. Once inspected any monies owed to you will be reimbursed minus collection/delivery charges and any missing manuals, components or unsatisfactory condition of the appliance. If an item is cancelled off an order where we have agreed a bulk discount price, we reserve the right to recalculate the price and charge accordingly.
We will charge for collection unless you are exchanging a product, whereby you will only incur another delivery charge.
Our collection charge is £40.00 per appliance. If you choose to send the product(s) back to our depot using your own carrier (for example Royal Mail), then we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit.
